While outages on the Membes platform are extremely rare, we recognise that clear communication is critical—especially when the unexpected occurs. Occasionally, service disruptions may result from issues beyond our control, such as outages experienced by third-party infrastructure providers, integration partners, or internet service networks. When this happens, we will always do our best to keep you informed with accurate and timely information.

We will publish notices to this page for any unscheduled service outages lasting longer than 15 minutes that affect multiple customers.
